I speak Ukrainian, French and English and I really want to improve my German because I'm going to study in Berlin next year. My German level is between B1 and B2. The things I like are : history of art, visual art, cinema and cultural exchanges. I take theater improvisation classes in German at my university and I like to go to cultural places very much. I also like snow and water really much and I used to sing in a choir for 12 years for a fun fact! I would be delighted to learn thnigs about you and I like to learn interesting facts in general and explore because I'm curious and I like adventures! Nice to meet you!

My name is Kirill, and I currently live in the United States. Russian is my native language, and I also speak Ukrainian (I lived in Ukraine for many years). In Russia, I worked in the field of economics and finance, and I spent seven years teaching economics and finance-related subjects.
I enjoy reading—right now I'm reading Alexander Etkind’s Internal Colonization: Russia’s Imperial Experience and Alexander Lee’s The Ugly Renaissance. I’m passionate about history (especially Russian and ancient history), drama theater, and theology. I also regularly attend classical music concerts and visit museums.
I’m looking for a conversation partner—someone I could help with Russian (or Ukrainian) in exchange for English practice.
