I am a retiree, from Singapore. Though our Mother tongue is a Chinese dialect, in school, we basically learned English, 90 % of the time. My second language is Chinese which as a student, we need to select one. As the business language is English and all governmental departments uses it and also I worked in organisations that used the language hence my main language is English.

My Chinese though only studied 10% of the time during school days, I used rather often when meeting people in many neighbourhoods in Singapore, hence conversational, I am alright with it too but writing is kind not possible except simple characters.

I study Thai language to work my mind and also I want to visit other parts of Thailand
