Hey there! My name’s Jess. I speak German at a B1 level and would love some practice, but I’ve just begun learning Polish and could really use some help! I can only speak a few Polish words so it may not be productive to strike up a conversation just yet, but ifI’d like to get acquainted with some native speakers to help me out as my skills improve. I’m already finding the grammar extremely difficult to wrap my head around.

I go to school for film & media studies with a minor in economics and I plan on applying to an MFA program in filmmaking once I’ve completed my bachelors.

I’m passionate about film and music. I play mandocello in a mandolin orchestra and also write music and play in a band (mandolin, banjo, vocals). I’m also an avid reader, though regrettably I haven’t had much time for reading outside of class lately.
