I am an American-Canadian and work as an English editor for various international universities.. I spend much time in the Dominican Republic and am very much interested in its history and culture and the history and culture of other Latin American countries. I can read and write Spanish but need to have practice in speaking Spanish. My name is Martires, and I'm an english teacher. My native language is really Spanish, but since I couldn't get it in the list of languages, I wrote English, which is my second language. but I speak it like a native.
