My name is Ashley (Ash) and I was born in Liverpool, UK. After living in Firenze, Barcelona and Santa Cruz, I have returned very recently to the UK and now currently live in the city Chester, known for its ancient walls, Roman amphitheatre and beautiful 700-year-old covered walkaways, based in the North-West.
I am a native English speaker and would like to learn French, Italian and Japanese from a native speaker. I can offer a 1-hour English language lesson each week in exchange for 1 hour of your language. I have tutored English language to children and adults, ranging from beginner level to more advanced. I will structure and tailor each lesson to develop your reading, writing, listening and speaking, however, if there is a specific area of the language that you wish to focus on, we can adapt the lessons accordingly.

I am a retired banking adviser. I’ve been learning Spanish for a number of years. I would place myself as intermediate. I would love to have an intercambio to enable me to practice speaking and listening. I am married, have two grown-up children and I have five grandchildren who are the light of my life. My hobbies are walking, cooking and Pilates.

Spent a few years in Taiwan but have forgotten most of my Chinese. Would like to relearn and improve. I have taught English in the past.
