Hi! I'm a father to 2 adult children and a retired Chinese Medicine doctor. Before learning and practicing medicine, I was a software developer at Microsoft. I enjoy sailing, hiking, biking, jogging, yoga, really any kind of physical activity. I'm also a lifelong chess player and still enjoy programming small projects.
I lived in mainland China for 4.5 years. At that time my Mandarin was pretty good, but after spending some years back in the USA, I lost a lot. Now my wife and I are back in TW and my Guoyu is not so good. It's very difficult to chat with local people, so I really want to improve.
I've done a lot of teaching and my life, including teaching English in China. I think I'm a good language exchange partner.
I would like to use Skype for our language exchange.
