Hello, I'm a Finnish university student who likes studying languages. I enjoy talking to people and teaching about all manners of things. I'm looking to primarily study Chinese and Japanese, and in exchange I can help you learn any of my spoken languages.
I have a day job designing electronics, but I like to spend my off time creating things, sometimes in an artistic sense and sometimes actually physically building fun little projects. I occasionally play video games, but with uni and work I have barely any time for that anymore. But I do have time for the weekly Mahjong Friday I hold with my friends. I used to do bouldering, but I had some complications with my back so I no longer do it.
When it comes to languages, I love both learning and teaching, so feel free to hit me up even if you don't speak any of the languages I'm actively seeking to learn.

Hi, I am Finnish language enthusiast currently living in Helsinki. I would personally consider my self a self-taught linguist.
I am native Swedish and Finnish Speaker (C2), have C1 in English, and B1 in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese. My Vietnamese is quite poor and German is okay A2.
I am aiming to pass all the JLPT-tests. I will start from N5. in 2025 I plan to attend HSK3 and maybe HSKK middle level. At some point I would also like to have a grade 3 in TOPIK (Korean language test)
I have been to university exchange in South Korea twice (Hallym University, 08-12/2016; Kyung Hee University 08/2020-05/2021) and lately I returned from a 9 month stay attending Chinese classes at National Taiwan Normal University (08/2023-05/2024). I have also travelled to Hong Kong, Japan, and Vietnam for some 2-3 days each.
Studying languages and meeting people in the process is a life style choice I made at the age of 22 (now I am 32).
I am happy to help people in learning languages so if that is what you want we could meet and then I see what I can do.

I arrived to Ukraine a couple weeks ago and now i try to learn ukranian.
I speak finnish and english.
Preferably i would like to meet face to face, for example go to cafe, because i believe its best way for me to learn speaking the language.

I'm 24 year old expat moved to Cork recently from Finland (09/2025). Professionally I do tech sales as day-to-day job. I speak Finnish & English fluently. During freetime, i like to do sports (gym, running, swimming) and learn French. In addition, I like to go and grab a coffee and now and then in the city.
Would love to learn French even more in real setting and hence looking for a language partner! À bientôt!

I am Aleksi and I am a student studying in Helsinki! I like to learn languages and discover new cultures! My other passions include geography and history!
Finnish is my native language, but alongside that I am also fluent in English, German, French and also speak Russian and Swedish intermediately. I also know some Spanish, Italian, Polish, Hebrew, Latvian, Estonian, Afrikaans and a little Greek and many many other languages!
I also love traveling around the world to explore new places and interesting cultural sights! Reading and literature are also very close to my heart :)
