Je suis écossaise et j'habite a Londres, j'ai 65 ans et j'adore voyager en train, notamment en France et en Espagne, dès que j'en ai l'occasion. Journaliste et enseignante semi-retraitée, je fais du bénévolat dans des musées, je vais au théâtre et j'aime me promener. Je souhaite améliorer mon français, qui est un peu rouillé, et je m'intéresse aux arts, à l'actualité et à la mode.
I am Scottish, and I live in London. I'm 65 and love to travel to countries like France and Spain by train as often as I can. I am a semi-retired journalist and teacher and volunteer at museums, go to the theatre and enjoy walking. I want to improve my very rusty French and am interested in the arts and current affairs as well as fashion!

Hey! I'm Harleen :) estou a aprender português and am looking to learn how to improve. I only started learning 1-2 months ago, but a very basic understanding of Spanish has helped me to grasp written Portuguese much more quickly than I would have expected. I'm more than happy to help you to improve your English, otherwise would just be very grateful to have somebody native to practice speaking to!
In my spare time, I love cooking, exploring new places, trying out good coffee, food and wine and have also been learning how to surf. I currently live in London, but I am really hoping to move to Portugal one day, as Lisbon truly has my heart :)

Hello! I am Melissa, a 29-year-old architect living in West London looking to expand my language skills. I am interesting in art, history, literature, dining out, tasting wine, dance, theatre, and exploring new places through travel.
- I have experience tutoring school children in English so would be well-placed to assist students with grammar and writing as well as speech. I am patient, friendly, and always interested to meet new friends and learn about new subjects!
- I have taken an introductory Italian course but I would like to get some practice in conversation, learning more vocabulary, and then learning more about the tenses.
- I studied French at school but have never had much opportunity to practice using it so would like to practice some conversation and regain my memory of what I learnt some time ago.
- I have a flexible schedule so could meet midweek or weekends, daytimes or evening. Ideally for walks in Holland Park or Hyde Park and surrounding coffee shops or pubs.

Hi, I’m Amit. I was born and raised in the UK and currently live in London. I’d really like to learn Hindi as I wasn’t brought up speaking it and, honestly, I don’t really know how to speak it at all! I’ve picked up the odd word here and there and watched a few Bollywood movies, but that’s about it.
As I’ve got older, I’ve felt more of a desire to connect with the language and would love to be able to understand and join in with Hindi conversations rather than feeling left out.
I’m a native English speaker and more than happy to help someone improve their English in return. I work in project management, so I’m also happy to share my experience and knowledge in that area if it’s useful.
